I have attempted to start a deferred comp plan with Jeanne two times. The second time I gave her the benefit of the doubt to start my plan. I filled the necessary paperwork with her in Feb 2023 and it is now Sept 2023 and my account is still not recognized through Empower investments. I do not recommend her as an Investment advisor or Broker.
